Pray for the Cure

Join us on Sunday, Nov. 2nd to pray for the cure for cancer. We will join with the ONE Night of Worship event on Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Multi-Media Room of the E & A Building. We will be in prayer for and with those undergoing cancer treatment, for those who are care givers and health care workers in this field, and giving thanks for those who are surviving. Join us as we lift our prayers in unison to pray for the cure.

Military Family Support Group

The First Shreveport Prayer Ministry, along with Samaritan Counseling Center, is sponsoring a support group for military families. This is a time for fellowship, at time to learn coping skills with deployment issues, metal health issues, transitional stressors, financial strains and other stressors that directly pertain to troops and their families. We hope to share experiences and build a community for living a healthy life.
