The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to A Healthier Life

This Lenten season, our Women’s Ministries will be participating in the Daniel Plan. The DANIEL PLAN is a Bible study and nutrition plan centered on the type of fast that Daniel and his friends engaged in when in exile at Babylon.  This is a healthy, uncomplicated way to move into the season of Lent by fasting from certain foods and moving our focus on to God.  (Facilitated by Dr. Betsy Harrel.)  This study is on Wednesdays at 5:45 PM in E&A 317, begins February 26th, and includes 7 sessions.

  • Friends
